Reflections

Time changes us. As we age, we become aware of many imperfections which seem to appear each time we face the mirror. We worry about how we look on the outside and forget beauty is found in the heart of the soul.
God longs for us to discover what He wants us to see. We are a reflection of what He has purposefully created. He calls us to look beyond the surface of our souls and understand what waits to be discovered in the layers of His love.
God invites us to remember we have been created for His great purpose. He wants us to recognize where to find a heart of content and understand what age will allow us to become.
Wrinkled shades of gray will undoubtedly make their appearance as we grow. But, God will shape our thoughts and help us understand what He wants us to see…the unfading beauty of a gentle spirit, reflected in the tender heart of His love.
