Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. Isaiah 43:18 NIV

In moments of need, God reminds us who’s in charge of all things. He equips us to handle our days. He motivates us to move ahead in our lives and reminds us we don’t have to dwell in the past. He leads us on a path of purpose and prepares us to welcome His strength, when we open our hearts to His will. And, when we have learned to faithfully trust, He provides purpose for each moment of our days.

We must never doubt the power of His holiness or question God’s ability to prepare us for what’s to come. He will guide and provide all of our days. And, when we have been readied to fulfill His will in our lives, He will lift us where we see glimpses of what’s ahead and help us recognize why we must keep on going…

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

Dear God, Thank you for waking us to another day of purpose and helping us recognize the power of Your love. We will place our hope in You, as we move ahead in our lives and learn how it feels to faithfully trust. Bring peace to our hearts, as we wait on You. And, help us embrace a heart that is grateful. Amen
