But when I am afraid, I will put my trust in you. Psalm 56:3 NLT

Sometimes, we struggle. We wonder how to cope with the difficult moments in our days. Weakness tries to rob us of wholeness and it’s easy to feel afraid. We become weary and wonder what will happen next in our lives. But, God knows our EVERY thought. He knows our every need. And, even before we acknowledge our fear, HE is handling all things. 

When God lifts us with His arms of strength, He provides glimpses of what’s to come. He opens our eyes to the love of His faithfulness and prepares us to recognize peace. He fills us with the power of His love and reminds us HOPE is found in Him. He sets the stage to surrender our burdens and learn how it feels to trust.

God is ready for what will happen today. “If He leads us to it, He will lead us through it.” He will prepare us for this journey in our lives. And, even though things will change, He will not. Our good, good Father will handle ALL things. He will replace our fear with HOPE for tomorrow and remind us why we must trust in His power to save. 

Dear God, Thank you for the promise of Your presence in our lives. Forgive us when we forget YOU are handling our days. We will trust in YOU and find strength in the power of Your greatness and will call on YOU when we feel afraid. Amen
