Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7 NLT

God opens our eyes to His presence. When the timing is right, He pours strength in our souls and fills us with peace. He holds us in strength and reminds us to remain for a while. 

Sometimes, we forget our help comes from the Lord. But, God uses circumstances in our lives to strengthen us. He provides what we need and anchors His love where it’s welcomed to dwell. He leads us where we humbly remember the One who died in our place. And, in gentle moments of truth, we begin to understand why He knows the needs of His children.

God will arm us with strength. He will teach us to trust. He will handle the happenings of our days and show us how to welcome calm. He will guide us back to a place of rest, when we have recognized how it feels to faithfully trust. 

Dear God, Thank you for reminding us who’s in charge of our days. Teach us to trust in the guiding of Your will, so we will feel Your presence of peace and never forget we are held by You. Open our hearts in this season of HOPE and prepare us to embrace the glory of Jesus. Amen
