Faith is being sure of what we hope for. It is being certain of what we do not see. Hebrews 11:1 

As hard as we try, we can’t possibly predict what will happen next. We walk on a path of purpose, but often experience unexpected circumstances that cause us to stumble. It’s discouraging when obstacles slow us down and require us to choose a different way to travel. But, God prepares us to cope with life’s challenging days. He gives strength to handle the worry of doubt.

God allows HOPE to find us, when we are led by Christ. Faith welcomes HOPE. Without it, we have no reason to believe we’re moving ahead. Without faith, there is no compass to help us recognize we’re going in the in the right direction.

When obstacles create conflict, God uses detours in our lives to help us recognize we need to change the course. He prepares us for the “ups and downs” along the way. He readies us for the journey ahead and creates desire for us to complete His work in our lives. And, He reminds us to remain FAITHFUL.

When we allow ourselves to be led, God will create desire for us to complete His work in our lives. HE will provide opportunities to be moved by His greatness. He will help us understand His plans for our days, so we will keep on going. God will show us why we will never walk alone.

Dear God, Thank you for waking us to another day of purpose. Help us remember who’s in charge of ALL things. Remind us You are near. Give us grateful hearts, as we receive Your strength and recognize blessings will come, if we will FAITHFULLY trust.  Amen
