Whatever you do, work at it wholeheartedly as though you were doing it for the Lord and not merely for people.  Colossians 3:23 ISV

God humbles us. He skillfully helps us see why we are worthy of His grace. In moments of truth, He opens our eyes and provides the way to examine our hearts.  He allows us to see ourselves as He sees us, capable and able to do great things.

He provides strength and allows it to flourish, when we have learned to trust. God guides and provides the way for us to be readied to serve Him with all of our love. When He has prepared us for His will, we won't need to question where we will be led. We will find peace in His power to guide us and learn to patiently wait for while He completes His work in our lives.

God knows the heart of who we are becoming. He will nurture the gifts we receive, when we choose to use them for His glory. He will fill us with the strength of His Spirit, when we surrender our doubt and make room for joy to dwell where it belongs.

Dear God, Forgive us when we forget who's in charge of ALL things. Help us recognize You have purpose for our days. We will love You with all of our hearts and welcome the gifts You will provide to grow us. And, we will remember, there is strength in the mighty power of Your mercy and love. Amen
