God makes us aware of His presence. He opens our hearts and prepares us for the journey. He knows what we carry and He helps us balance the load. When we stumble and fall, He catches us and reminds us why we must keep on going…
Sometimes, we pack too much and have difficulty carrying the load. But,
Jesus teaches to trust. He fills us with strength and provides courage
to let go of our fear. He reminds us why we will never travel alone.
Jesus makes room for the power of mercy and grace to reach us. He prepares us for what’s to come. He helps us remember we are held by His holiness. He sets our feet on solid ground, when we've been filled by the strength of His love. And, He guides us to the Father.
If we faithfully step ahead, God WILL reveal His will for our lives. He will guide and provide for our days, if we faithfully follow. And when we begin to realize we are not walking alone, He will clear the path for us. He will open our eyes to His promise of peace and remind us why the journey will be better, if we choose to travel with Jesus.
Dear God, We are grateful to walk with Jesus! Fill us with courage, as we travel together. Help us find peace to remember You already know where we will arrive. Humble our hearts, so we will surrender our burdens and welcome what’s to come. We will serve You with a heart of thanks and find strength in the arms of Your everlasting love. Amen
