Christ longs for us to receive Him, but sometimes we forget to seek Him with all of our hearts. We race ahead without the strength of the Savior and wonder why we struggle in our lives. Now, more than ever; we need to remember Jesus IS with us. He wants us to discover His power of love and learn how it feels to trust.
Often we try to move ahead on our own and wonder why things don’t
happen as planned. But, Christ leads us back to the Father. The gentle
Shepherd cares for His flock. When we are lost in struggles of doubt, He
pulls us back where we belong and demonstrates the love of His
faithfulness. He carries us in strength as we recognize who is working
in our days.
God shows His love and covers us with mercy and grace. And while we are held in a place of calm, He humbles the heart of our need. He nurtures a prayer of praise when we have recognized there's power in the presence of His name.
The Bible says, “And we know that all that happens to us is working for our good if we love God and are fitting into his plans. Romans 8:28 TLB Now, more than ever we need to remember God IS with us. Regardless of the circumstances we face, He is HERE! If we take time to seek Him and open our hearts to His will, He will arm us with EVERYTHING we need.
God will set the stage for what’s to come and honor the love of our faithfulness. He's a good, good Father. He knows our prayers even before they are spoken. He is working for the GOOD in our lives. There will never be a day we will be without His amazing love.
Dear God, Thank you for moments to be reminded who is working in our lives. Forgive us when we forget who handles every single thing. Humble our hearts in the prayers of our need and remind us why strength comes from YOU. We will begin this day in praise and choose to be grateful. Thank you for working for the good. You know exactly what we need. Thank you, Lord. Thank you! Amen
