For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9: 6

Today, we celebrate how very much God loves us! He loved us enough to send Jesus; Himself in flesh to bring HOPE to the darkened world. Oh, how we need to receive the gift of His greatness and allow the light of His love to warm us with everything we need.

We will never be full of what the world has to offer... But we will find JOY in the gift of His PEACE. We will find STRENGTH in the LOVE of His faithfulness. We will find PATIENCE in suffering and experience MERCY and GRACE. And we will find HOPE for what’s to come…

God did not send His Son to condemn us. We were already in need of the love of our Savior. He longs for us to experience the glory of Christmas, welcome what He faithfully provides and renew our hearts to discover His presence EVERY single day.

I pray you will humble your heart and allow Jesus to fill you full of everything you’re missing. In the emptiness of worry and wonder, He provides reassurance that we need. He knows how to bless us, as we examine our lives and recognize the need for our SAVIOR. I pray you find JOY to remember; Jesus really IS the best gift of Christmas.

♪♪Joy to the world, the Lord has come! Let earth receive Her King. Let EVERY heart prepare Him room…♪♪

Dear God, Thank you for Christmas. Thank you for Jesus and the power of Your plan! Forgive us when we forget why we need to be held in the arms of Your holiness. Come into our hearts and renew us with the mighty power of Your everlasting love. Warm us with Your eternal light and help us find joy as we're guided by Your greatness. Open our eyes to clearly see what waits to be discovered. And help us faithfully remember why the very best is yet to come…Thank you, Lord! Thank you! Amen

~ Merry Christmas family and friends! May God bless each one of you today and in the New Year ahead. Have a day that makes you smile. God is near. He is here and He loves us SO very much! 🎄
