These trials are only to test your faith, to show that it is strong and pure. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold. And, your faith is far more precious to God than mere gold. So if your faith remains strong after being tried by fiery trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor, on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world. 1 Peter 1:7

God watches how we manage our lives. He handles every moment of our days. He knows how to lift us with arms of strength when pressure builds and we need to be held by the power of His love. But sometimes, we try to deal with difficulties on our own and forget how it feels to TRUST.

The Bible says, “Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.” James 1:2-4

God nurtures our faithfulness. He uses moments of surrender to arm us with peace. And, in troubled times of need, He reminds us who's in charge of ALL things. He guides and provides for our days and provides everything we need to be reminded why we are not alone.

If we humble our hearts and allow ourselves to be led, God will use the trials in our lives to grow us. He will help us find reward from the love of our faithfulness. He will remind us why there will never be a day without the gift of His presence.

God will strengthen us! We must TRUST in the timing of His will. He will place joy in our hearts and help us discover perfect peace. We will face the day with promise of better things to come, if we allow God to handle what happens in our lives. We must never doubt the power of His greatness.

Dear God, Thank you for the presence of Your love. Forgive us when we allow worry to steal our joy and weaken our faith. We will trust in You and patiently wait to be led by Your faithfulness. As we are guided by grace, we will surrender the burdens of our hearts and gratefully remember who takes care of each one of us. Amen
