He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Isiah 40:29 NLT

When fear tries to steal the joy we’ve known, Jesus comes closer. He sees inside wounds of weakness and knows what is missing in our lives. He brings PEACE in His presence and helps us discover calm. He provides STRENGTH with the power of His love.

Jesus’ love is amazing! When we’re not ready to admit we’re weak, He opens our eyes in truth. He helps us recognize the sadness of pain and release what causes us to worry. He breaks the chains which hold us in doubt and allows us to witness JOY of letting go.

We don’t have to pretend with Jesus or hide our feelings of fear! We don’t have to stay where we don’t belong. God will guide and provide the way for us to be led to a place of wholeness. He will bandage us with everything we need.

We must stop trying to believe we’re perfect. God knows the hurt of our hearts. But because of His great love, we can find HOPE in Jesus! He is with us, even when we need to be reminded of our worth. God WILL fix what is broken. He will give us wisdom to remember who is working in our days.

“We can be grateful and sad at the same time.” God will hear our broken hallelujahs and remind us why we are deserving of love. He will transform us and allow us to witness the power of mercy and grace. He is GOOD and He is FAITHFUL.

Jesus will meet us where we are and provide courage to recognize why we need Him. We don’t have to hide in hurt. God will bless us, so we can overcome! We will honor Him if we remain faithful, surrender our fear and choose to totally TRUST.

Dear God, thank you for reminding us why we are deserving of Your love. Thank you for Jesus and His presence in our lives. Remove what is holding us back from welcoming joy, so we can glorify You with thoughts of GOOD. Humble our hearts and remove ALL fear. We will faithfully wait to be restored, so we can welcome the gifts of Your greatness. Thank you for knowing our hearts. It gives us PEACE to know we don’t have to be perfect to be loved by You. Thank you, Lord. Thank you.
