So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing. 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Jesus wants us to love and care for one another. He came to teach why God IS GOOD. He set an example of how to live our lives with a heart of compassion and love. He wants us to know we are treasured by Him as we find strength from the Father.

In seasons of crisis, God provides opportunities to reach out to others. He arms us with everything we need to be used by Him. He knows how to help us share words that need to be heard and help others discover what has been missing.

We can have strong opinions that perpetuate fear or we can be “messengers on a mission” to speak about what matters the most. The Bible says, "And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise."

God will guide and provide for our days. As we journey with mixed emotions and try our best to carry on, God WILL HELP US remember we're not alone! He is ALWAYS WITH US. He will lead us to a place of calm and find purpose for our days, even in the midst of the storm.

God will use us to meet the needs of others. As we focus on doing what is good, He will help us see how it feels to embrace His rewards. "We must focus our eyes on things that will last forever" and not become overwhelmed by temporary worry and wonder.

We must be mindful of how we spread the GOOD NEWS! The Bible says, “Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience."

We won't always understand how God will use us. But He will! How will you choose to help your neighbors today? How will you show kindness and encourage one another? Now more than ever, "we can serve one another passionately with our words."

“May glory be given to God in the highest heaven! And may peace be given to those He is pleased with on earth!” Luke 2:14 NIRV

Dear God, Thank you for Your presence! Fill us with the love of Jesus and help us understand the benefit of sharing GOOD news! Help us look beyond ourselves, so we will see the heart of those who need to know the love of Your faithfulness. Thank you for handling our days. Help us be "instruments of Your peace" as we learn to ENCOURAGE and love. And help us not forget; when we take time to care about others, we are demonstrating our love for YOU. We will continue to cope with hope as we gratefully continue to trust. Thank you for loving each and every one of us. Amen
