I look up to the mountains. Where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD. He is the Maker of heaven and earth. Psalm 121 NIRV

God knows when we’re afraid to see what waits before us. He knows the challenges we face. He sees inside the heart of weakness and loves us through worry and pain. He is our Helper in time of need; a loving Father who provides for our days. And as we learn to TRUST, He helps us focus on the power of His greatness.

Often, we look to the hills and become weary of mountains. We forget who lifts us from the valleys and shows how to climb. We have trouble seeing what’s ahead and need to be guided by mercy and love.

God’s love is great! He is the source of our strength! We can call on Him when we’re tired and weak. He knows the longing of our hearts and how to give us peace. When fear robs our ability to keep on going, He holds us close and carries us to higher ground.

God helps us remember who WILL lead us to a better place. Isaiah 41:10 says “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

He WILL equip us to step ahead. In the timing of His will, God will reveal what waits to be discovered. We must NEVER forget where to find needed strength. He is GOD! He will carry us over the mountain! We will find courage to keep on climbing, if we choose to remain faithful and TRUST!

Dear God, thank you for being the Helper of our hearts. YOU are worthy of ALL of our love. When we’re tired and weak, we will TRUST in You. Give us courage to face the mountains in our lives. We will find strength to keep on going and never forget who will handle our days. Thank you, Lord, thank you for providing what we need to remember better days WILL come. Amen
