Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take. Proverbs 3: 5-6 NLT
Often, we have difficulty waiting on God. We become impatient and need to be reminded His timing is not our own. We neglect to TRUST in the love of His faithfulness and need to learn how to be patient.
We will all experience changes in our lives and wonder what will happen next. Worry will rob the heart of content and we will forget who's handling our days. But God will know how to bring calm, even in the midst of uncertainty. He will remind us why we don’t have to figure out everything on our own.
The Bible says, For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11 NLT
This is a promise we can TRUST! God knows how to bring PEACE in the power of His plan. And if we truly BELIEVE He is working for the good, He will know how to ready us for what’s to come. He will allow us to witness His blessings and help us focus on what is good.
We mustn’t worry about the future. Our loving Father will guide and provide every step of the way. He will arm us with everything we need to be grown by His greatness. We we will find HOPE as we walk with Jesus. He will lead us in the right direction, even if He chooses a different way to go.
Dear God, Thank you for Your presence in our lives. Forgive us when we become impatient as we wait on You. You hear our prayers and know our desires. Thank you for planning our days and allowing us to discover the power of your love. Fill us with peace, as we seek Your presence and remain faithful. Open our hearts to welcome JOY which comes from choosing to TRUST. Thank you, Lord. Help us find PEACE in Your guiding. Thank you for giving us HOPE for the future. We will open our eyes for the many blessing You provide and continue to remember who is working for the good. Thank you, Lord! We're so grateful You take care of each one of us. Amen
