And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, and have been called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28 NIV

God renews a spirit of hope, when we faithfully call on Him and believe in the power of His will. He has a plan and purpose for our days. He helps us learn to examine our hearts and allows us to clearly see what needs to be noticed.

While we are reflecting, Jesus opens our eyes. He helps us remember how much we are loved. He makes His presence known in ways we never could have imagined and leads where we learn to follow. He takes burdens from our hearts and shows how to notice what we need.  And, when we have humbled ourselves in truth, He nurtures the heart of our love.

When God fills us with love, it stays in our hearts forever. It is constant and everlasting. He is always with us! But, sometimes it becomes hidden under layers of doubt. We store it deep inside and forget how to find it. When we learn to totally trust, He shows us how He is working in our lives.    

We must learn to trust in God. We won’t be able to feel the power of His presence, unless we humble our hearts and recognize peace comes in surrender. God has the power to change our lives and remind us who’s in charge of our days. He will place hope in the hearts of those who seek Him. And, He will help us clearly see how He is working in our lives.

Dear God, Thank you for your love. Forgive us when we forget to You are HERE. Help us discover what is hiding under the selfish layers of ourselves, so we will humble our hearts and learn how it feels to TRUST. Teach us what we need to know about ourselves and help us recognize how very much we are loved by You. Amen
