But be sure to have respect for the LORD. Serve him faithfully. Do it with all your heart. Think about the great things he has done for you. 1 Samuel 12: 24
God gives us gifts. He lovingly fills us with a spirit of determination and helps us recognize we have been created to DO great things. He pulls us from the empty spaces of our lives and breathes new life where it will flourish and dwell.
In His time and purpose, God prepares the way to receive the bounty of
His blessings in our lives. Sometimes, He pulls us away from what we
have known, so we will grow a heart of TRUST. And when we choose to
obey, He fills us with peace and shows how it feels to be full.
If we’re open to the guiding of His will, God will forever change us! He will lead us where we begin to see ourselves differently. He will lift the shade where light has been hidden and help us see what waits on the other side.
God has a mighty plan for our days! He knows how to grow us. He will nurture our faith and find the way to prepare us to work for Him. He will allow us to grow in the gifts He provides, if we take time to use them.
"We must never be afraid to trust and unknown future to a known God.” He knows what He's doing! We must choose to faithfully obey and allow Him to help us once again welcome the JOY of an abundant life.
Dear God, Thank you for the amazing things You create when we take a leap of faith and totally trust in You. Your work in us is amazing! Help us see ourselves as You see us; able and capable to serve You with a GRATEFUL heart. Help us find purpose in what You provide and guide us where we will see what waits to be discovered. We will love You all the days of our lives and never stop believing You are magnificently GREAT! Amen
