In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5: 16

God blesses us with opportunities to glorify Him. He guides and provides for our days. He grows the heart of our wholeness and provides amazing grace. He helps us encourage others who need to know their worth and uses us to share the light of His love. 

It’s hard to walk in darkness. We cannot see glimpses of what’s to come. But Jesus knows how to lead us. He arms us with everything we need to see the glow of His greatness and learn how to shine His light. 

God will help us examine our hearts and learn how it feels to be kind. He will allow us to shine brightly as we glorify Him. Our actions will encourage others to seek the love of our Savior. And God will be glorified when we simply LOVE one another. 

There will never be a day without the presence of God’s love. Loving others begins by loving God. We can honor Him by the way we choose to live our lives; caring, sharing encouraging, loving and clearly seeing the good in those who need to know they are valued by God. 

Dear God, Thank you for allowing the light of Jesus to shine brightly in our lives. We are grateful to share the glow of Your greatness! Warm us with the power of Your presence and humble our hearts, so we will be able to clearly see why we must love one another. Amen
