But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31

Often, we become impatient. We question what will happen next and forget God plans in His time and for His great purpose. We underestimate what He’s doing in the seasons of our lives and forget how it feels to be held.

There are reasons God asks us to sit for a while. Perhaps He wants us to see glimpses of what’s ahead; reflections of where we’ll go when we're ready. Perhaps He needs time to grow the love of our trust, so we will learn to be grateful and see how far we have come...

God needs us to be PATIENT! In times of wonder, He grows us! He helps us remember who IS working for the good. He provides clarity when we need to be reminded who's in charge of ALL things. As we learn to TRUST, He helps us realize it doesn't matter how long we WAIT... God will help us remember we don't have to figure out everything on our own. He WILL prepare us for His plans and bless us in opportunity for what’s to come.

God will fill us with the power of His holiness. He will arm us with everything we need to find courage in the “WAIT”. In moments to experience the depth of His love, God will place HOPE where it belongs. He will humble our hearts and help us remember why reward will come in our patience.

"We must never underestimate what God is doing in the season of waiting." He is God! He will bless us when the time is right and reveal the power of His plan. Aren't we lucky to have a Father who knows what we need? He WILL grow us. He will guide and provide everything we need to be blessed. And He will reward the love of our faithfulness to Him.

Dear God, thank you for moments when You demonstrate the power of Your love. Forgive us when we forget who’s in charge of ALL things. We will TRUST in You and learn what it means to be PATIENT. And we will faithfully wait to be prepared for what has already been planned for our days. Thank you, Lord. Thank you! We are grateful for ALL You provide in the timing of Your will. Amen
