God said, “My presence will go with you. I’ll see the journey to the end.” Exodus 33:14 MSG
God is with us for the long haul. He plans the steps we take and provides the way for us to journey with Him. He allows us to feel the power of His presence as we patiently walk in truth. He shows us how to follow. And when we seek Him with all of our hearts, He opens our eyes to be guided by Jesus. He gives strength to remain on a path of purpose.
There’s a lot to learn as we travel with Jesus and grow in the goodness of love. Obstacles will stand in the way and prevent us from recognizing where to go. But Christ will lead us when we’re ready to be guided to a better place. He will carry us over the hurdles in life and help us understand how it feels to travel together. He will provide glimpses of what’s ahead and remove the doubt of our wonder.
We all need the Savior! We will make mistakes, experience sadness, face unexpected circumstances and need to be reminded we don’t have to travel alone! Jesus WILL give peace in His presence. He WILL provide reassurance and hope. He WILL lead us to the Father and help us focus on Him. He WILL do what we cannot.
Christ wants us to know Him as Lord of our lives and have a living relationship. He patiently waits for us to change direction and be nurtured and grown. He leads us from the worry of wonder and equips us to face each day. And as we remain faithful, He helps us remember HE walks with us.
God knows the happenings of our days. Even though our circumstances will change, He will not. He will arm us with everything we need to travel with strength and surrender our fear. He already knows what we will experience along the way. He holds the compass of our lives. The time has come for us to leave the driver’s seat and allow God to manage the ride. As we faithfully travel His path of purpose, HE WILL always provide. We must remain faithful and TRUST. God has a plan for the future. How will you allow Him to GUIDE?
Dear God, thank you for allowing us to hear, “KEEP ON GOING”, when we need to be reminded to TRUST. Open the eyes of our hearts, so we will receive wisdom in Your WORD and know which way to go. We will find strength in Your presence of peace and patiently wait to be led by Your greatness. We will put our HOPE in YOU, as we gratefully travel together and seek Your will. Thank you, Lord. Thank you! Amen
