It can be hard to deal with the pressures of life when trials lead us away from calm. But the Bible has advice when we’re angry and afraid. “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.” Romans 12:12. It also helps us remember we won’t have to battle our burdens forever! 1 Peter 1:6-7 says, “So be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you must endure many trials for a little while.

When life tries to knock us down, God anchors us in the shelter of His love. He helps us find courage while we’re cradled in care. He allows us to remember who is handling our days and keeps us grounded while we cope with HOPE.

God opens our hearts for Jesus. And when the wind blows with fury, He has the power to help us bravely hold on. While we are held by His authority, we learn how to live in His promise for what's to come...

God helps us capture seeds of HOPE, as the wind carries courage to our hearts. He helps us welcome what’s needed to share the love of Christ. And He give us opportunity to show others what He skillfully provides!

We can offer prayers of praise, even in our broken hallelujahs. God will allow us to hear the voice of reason and provide wisdom for our days. He is worthy of love, trust and faithfulness, even in times of despair. He is God! He knows what He’s doing!

God WILL hear our prayers for mercy and answer in the timing of His will. He will help us find PEACE to remember we are not alone. He is fighting our battles! We must put our HOPE in Him. When God has readied us to step ahead, He will show us the reward of our faithfulness. He will always take care of those He loves. He will always see us through...

Dear God, thank you for peace that sets the stage for calm to come. We will trust in You and welcome HOPE that nurtures a grateful heart. Help us be patient while we wait for better days to come. Remove the fear we surrender and replace it with HOPE to remember who is handling our days. Thank you for loving us through the things which squelch our joy. Fill us with desire to share the news of Your greatness, so others will find peace and see how it feels to be grounded by HOPE in YOU. Thank you, Lord! Thank you! Amen
