We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps. Proverbs 16:9 NLT

Steps...We take them to walk ahead. They propel us to move where we need to go and provide strength to help us arrive. Steps also describe mental goals we set, as we try to accomplish tasks. But sometimes we forget to ask God where HE wants us to go and neglect to walk with HOPE.

God wants us to follow Jesus. He guides and provides even when there’s bumps in the road. He longs for us to walk in truth and focus on where we’re headed. He gives courage to keep on going and learn to totally TRUST.

Fear is a liar! It prevents us from expecting GOOD will come. It convinces us we’re not good enough to welcome the power of God’s love. It stops us from recognizing how far we have come and challenges our way of thinking.

If we surrender doubt, we will recognize how God has carried us through difficult days and provided PEACE in His presence. We will find the path of purpose and walk in it. God will guide us in the right direction and help us remember we will never have to travel alone.

We must TRUST the One who already knows where we will arrive. He will arm us with everything we need to know which way to go. HE will give wisdom to bravely STEP in the foot prints of Jesus and experience the fullness of His love. It will make a difference in every part of our lives.

God WILL lay a path. We don’t have to stand on the sidelines of wonder. The Lord is our strength! Keep stepping ahead! Find HOPE in the promise of His faithfulness. Better days are coming! Stay focused on the Father as you step in FAITH and receive ALL He has promised.

“Even the smallest actions are steps in the right direction.”

Dear God, thank you for reminding us who’s in charge of our days. Remove the fear which stops us from stepping in FAITH. We will walk on Your path of purpose and find STRENGTH to experience what’s to come. Thank you for helping us remember when we step in faith, we will ALWAYS walk closer to YOU. Thank you for moving us through EVERY moment of our lives. Our gratitude will fuel our souls to remember WHY we will never walk alone. Thank you, Lord. Thank you! Amen
