Whoever says He abides in Him ought to walk in the same way in which He walked. 1 John 2:6

“As a believer in Christ we have the Holy Spirit dwelling in us. We have the power to change.” God reaches us in special ways. He leads us by His will and allows us to grow in His timing. He helps us learn to TRUST and find PEACE in His presence.  

God wants to humble our hearts and help us understand what comes from obedience; the willingness to do what is right. Sometimes we become distracted and have trouble feeling the power of His plan. But God speaks in ways we understand. He helps us see when it’s time to make changes and learn to totally TRUST.  

We have held fear far too long! We are SO MUCH MORE than the worry of our wonder. God WILL give us wisdom to know how to handle doubt. As we draw closer to Christ, we WILL become aware of His presence and learn to live a life that's pleasing to God.  

We’re all restless souls in a world that’s not perfect, But God sent Jesus to save.  He knows how to rescue and bring STRENGTH to those who are willing to receive His LOVE. Jesus brought HOPE to a world of darkness. As we become more like Him, surely, we WILL feel the heart of His LOVE in us. 

Dear God, thank you for Jesus. Oh, how we need to love Him SO MUCH MORE. Help us feel the tugging of our hearts and surrender what’s holding us back from finding JOY. Help us examine our lives and find purpose in ALL You provide. Thank you for HOPE and the promise of what’s to come. We will faithfully TRUST in YOU and strive to be more like Jesus. Thank you, Lord. Thank you for taking fear and replacing it with the PEACE of a grateful heart. Amen
