Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6 NIV

Christ longs for us to humble our hearts and receive Him. He wants us to know the goodness of God’s faithfulness and remember we are covered by grace. Sometimes we step away from the One who came to save us and forget to give Him our PRAISE.

God’s will was fulfilled by our Savior. Jesus is the only WAY to the Father. He is the HOPE for salvation that is GRACE; “God’s Riches at Christ’s expense” and “the gift of freedom from our sins that Jesus made possible.”

He was arrested and hung on a cross to die. The One without sin, took our own and we’re offered eternal life. He suffered in a way we will never know. Nails couldn’t hold Him to the cross that held the heart of His LOVE for each one of us.

As we work to achieve our goals, we should be mindful of nurturing our souls. Sometimes, we need to be reminded to breathe in the goodness of God. This is not our home and we won’t live on earth forever. As we plan for the journey we will take, we should begin with thoughts of our destination. God knows where we will arrive.

He offers us the opportunity to have a living relationship with Christ, know Him as Lord of our lives, humble our hearts to relinquish the need to have control and walk where He calls us to GO.

Living with fleeting moments of happy thoughts will never compare to what waits for those who will witness the JOY of Jesus. He WILL provide what we NEED to step in the fullness of forever and leave doubt behind.

God will give us reasons to keep stepping when walking is hard and we need to TRUST Him day by day. The JOY of the Lord is our strength! May we believe it, receive it and be ready to travel on the path paved for PEACE.

Every step we take with Jesus will draw us closer to God and helps us experience the LOVE of a grateful heart. It is what we need to be filled with HOPE and welcome the abundance of His faithfulness. God is deserving of our LOVE and adoration.

Jesus will change our lives as we examine our hearts and choose to walk in truth. If we remain grounded in God’s Word, He will help us remember His promises and provide the wisdom we need to keep going…

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23 CSB We don’t have to be perfect to walk in FAITH. When the future is unclear, God WILL be with us. He will direct our path as we walk in HIS STRENGTH.

The more we realize “it’s not all about us” and remember it NEVER has been, the closer we’ll walk to the fullness of Christ! Humbling our hearts will always bring great JOY as we journey with Jesus and stop trying to handle life on our own.

Dear God, Thank you for Your presence. Thank you for what Jesus has done for each one of us. Help us reflect on the sacrifice of Your precious Son and gratefully humble our hearts, as we welcome the fullness of Christ and recognize the need for mercy and grace. As we reflect on the cross, we will remember Your will was fulfilled when Jesus died and rose again. May we never be ashamed to admit we’re weak as we welcome the beauty of surrender, make room for the JOY of Jesus and recognize HOW to draw closer to YOU. Thank you for knowing our hearts. Amen
