But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31

Often, we become impatient while we wait. We question what will happen next in our lives. We allow fear to fester where peace is meant to dwell. And we forget God manages our lives in His time and for His great purpose.

God has reason for us to be patient. In times of wonder, He grows the heart of our faithfulness. He opens our eyes and helps us remember He IS still working in our days. And, He draws us closer to Him.

When we have learned totally trust, it won’t matter how long we wait. God will strengthen us. He will help us remember we don’t have to figure out everything on our own. He will prepare us for what’s to come and fill us with the power of His holiness. He will remind us who's in charge of all things. And, He will arm us with everything we need to find courage while we wait.

God will place HOPE where it belongs. He will humble our hearts. And, in His timing and purpose for our lives, He will allow His peace to reach us. We must learn to be patient and recognize how to find strength. He will not fail us, while we wait on Him.

Dear God, Thank you for the moments when the depth of Your love is demonstrated in ways we never could have imagined. Forgive us when we forget who's in charge of our days. We will trust in You and learn what it means to be patient. And, we will faithfully wait to be prepared for what You have already planned for our lives. Amen
