God prepares us to step ahead. He readies us to stand on our own two feet, when we have learned to recognize it’s time to move along. He provides what we need to keep on going, even when we're not familiar with His path of purpose for our lives. 

Christ whispers, “follow me” and provides the way for us to recognize the tugging of our souls. Then, in moments meant to strengthen our weakness, He guides us by the presence of His love. He leads us where we faithfully remember who's in charge of all things and helps us recognize we 're being led by the power of His love. We must believe He will guide and provide for our days. And we must be willing to surrender our fear, so we will learn how it feels to totally trust. 

Dear God, Thank you for preparing us to step ahead. Teach us to embrace a grateful heart of trust, as we take time to gratefully find strength in You. We will follow Christ and find hope, as You lead us by Your will and prepare us for Your great purpose. Amen
