Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken. Psalm 55:22

Life slows us down. Sometimes, we feel weak. But, in moments to remind us there is strength within, God pours love in the heart of our hope. He shows us how to lighten the load and carries the bulk of our burdens. He provides the way for us to feel His gentle, calming peace. 

God knows the plans He has for our days. Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

We were never promised life would be easy. And, we will never fully understand God’s will for our lives. But, when we step in faith and allow ourselves to be led, God finds the way to renew us. His love endures forever!

Even though our circumstances will change, God will not! He will guide and remind us who will handle our days. He will help us remember; we will NEVER have to carry the weight of the world on our own.

Dear God, Thank you for waking us in trust. Teach us how it feels to surrender our burdens, so we will make room for peace to dwell where it belongs. We will gratefully wait for You to lighten the load and praise you in the calm of Your amazing grace. Amen
