For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10

God created us to do great things. But, sometimes we forget He readies us to be used by Him. He knows the plans He has for our days. And, when we respond to Him with obedience, He provides awesome opportunities  for us to recognize HOW to be used by Him.  

Why should we make God wait, while we try and convince ourselves to accomplish what He calls us to do? The Bible says, “Trust in the Lord with all you heart and do not rely on your own understanding.” Proverbs 3: 5

We mustn’t waste time, when God asks us to do His work. He will guide and provide the way for faith to flourish, if we serve Him with a grateful heart and learn to develop a passion for the gifts we receive.  

The voice which speaks, “I can’t!” will surely say, “I can!”, when God calls us to respond. He will guide and provide for our days. He will never require us to move ahead, until we have been adequately readied for what’s to come. God WILL place JOY in our hearts when we recognize; we ARE capable of doing great things!

Dear God, Thank you for your love. You pull us from the stale places of our lives and create magnificent opportunities to find strength in You. Guide us in Your will and remind us we can do great things, when we trust in the abilities You have given us. Amen
