The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18

God helps us discover peace when take time to pray. He readies us to feel His presence in our lives and shows how to find His STRENGTH. He sets the stage for what’s to come and manages our thoughts, when we seek His healing power. He bandages the wounds of our weakness.

God loves us! He wants us to know how it feels to be led by MERCY and GRACE. But, sometimes we lose our strength. We become weary and broken. Tragedy disrupts our way of thinking and we question why there's suffering in the world.

Jesus said there WILL be suffering. But, the day is coming when suffering will stop and God will judge all evil. He promises He will compensate us with eternal reward. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 2 Corinthians 4: 7

God does NOT create evil. “There’s potential for evil to enter the world, but there's also potential for goodness and love.” Suffering is NOT good, but God can use it to accomplish good. He took the suffering and death of Jesus on the cross and turned it into something great. “He opened the heavens to all who follow Him.”

We must TRUST God in ALL things! He will provide PEACE and COURAGE to endure. He will heal our land if we seek Him with all of our hearts, humble ourselves, earnestly pray and turn from our sinful ways.

God will provide the strength we need and guide us closer to the Savior. We can find comfort in His words;“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.” John 16: 33.

Please take time to PRAY for America! Ask God to heal the wounds of the world and hear our prayers for PEACE.

Dear God, Thank you for the power of Your mighty love. We humble our hearts for You, as we pray for PEACE to prevail in the world. As we face uncertain times, help us remember You are in charge of ALL things. We will love You with ALL of our hearts as we’re held in Your arms of strength and find courage to faithfully trust in You. Amen
