But when he saw the wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink he cried out, "Lord, save me." Jesus immediately reached out his hand and took hold of him, saying to him, "O you of little faith, why did you doubt?" Matthew 14:30-31

There will be days when doubt will creep in the soul of our well-being. We will forget to trust in the Lord and allow ourselves to be held by the power of His love. Fear will try and rob our faith and we will need to be reminded why we must TRUST.

Jesus performed many miracles. Peter walked on the water. But, when he began to sink, he called for Jesus to help. His faith was weakened and he was afraid. When we are afraid, God longs for us to believe MORE, so we will suffer LESS.

When we find ourselves sinking, our circumstances lead us to the One who saves. Our Savior allows us to come to Him. He pulls us from waves of worry. And, when we’re ready to be rescued, He cradles us in strength. He hears prayers for mercy and carries us safely to the shore.

God is never far from us in time of need. Storms will arrive and He will strengthen our faith. We will guide and provide ALL the days of our lives. And, If prayerfully seek Him with our hearts, He will remove our doubt and help us understand why we need to be rescued. He will help us not forget who is with us in the storms.

Dear God, Thank you for Your everlasting love. Thank you for humbling us when we need to be reminded to put our hope in You. Teach us to trust in the power of Your will and increase the love of our faithfulness. We will extend our arms to Jesus when He reaches out to us. And, we will HOLD ON TIGHT, as we're led to the safety of Your amazing grace. Amen
