So Jesus said to them, "For a little while longer the Light is among you. Walk while you have the Light, so that darkness will not overtake you; he who walks in the darkness does not know where he goes. John 12: 35

Christ finds the way to lead us to the Father. While we are guided where HOPE waits to dwell, Jesus pulls us closer than before. He humbles our hearts and teaches why we must trust in His power to save. 

Jesus was sent to shine the light of His love. Grace and mercy prepare us when darkness covers our calm. But, in the woes of weakness, God restores our strength. He shows us where peace will prevail. 

As we prepare to welcome Christmas, God reminds us how to welcome the Christ child EVERY day of our lives. He humbles our hearts and helps us remember why His strength is made perfect by His love.

When we're held in the arms of the Savior, we will find strength to open our eyes and recognize how to be carried. Jesus will lift us where we see glimpses of what’s ahead. He will help us remember who is handling EVERY single moment of our days. 

♪ “Joy to the world, the Lord has come. Let earth receive her King. Let every heart prepare Him room and heaven and nature sing.” ♪ 

Dear God, Thank you for reminding us why we don't have to stay in the darkness. Teach us to trust in the power of Your will, as we find strength in the arms of Jesus and welcome Your precious gift to the world. Amen
