Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11: 28-30

God orchestrates the rhythm of our days and guides us when we face unexpected circumstances in our lives. He provides the strength we need to handle our worry and wonder. He helps us cope, when burdens lay heavy in our hearts and we need to find relief as we put our HOPE in Him.

Jesus finds the way to reveal His presence in our lives. When we are weak He is strong. He lifts us from the depths of doubt and arms us with everything we need to keep on going. But first, He cradles us in care and carries us by His greatness. And, when fear tries to steal the HOPE He provides, He holds us a little longer. He reminds us why we must surrender the load we bear and WAIT patiently...

When we are yoked with Jesus, He carries our burdens and allows us to find calm as we walk side by side. He prepares us to discover why the journey will be easier if we release the weight on our shoulders and discover how it feels to TRUST.

Nothing will happen today that God cannot handle. He is near. He is HERE! He has a plan for those He loves. He will arm us with everything we need to keep on going. We will find peace in the promise of His everlasting love, if we BELIEVE in His power to save and trust in the timing of His will.

Dear God, Thank you for Your everlasting love. Thank you for Jesus. Please be with those who are facing worry and wonder. Strengthen them with the power of Your greatness and cradle them in care, when they need to find rest. We will trust You all the days of our lives and praise the love of Your faithfulness. And, even on difficult days of doubt; we will surrender our fear and learn how it feels to TRUST in YOU. Amen
