Arise, for it is your task, and we are with you; be strong and do it.” Ezra 10: 4 ESV
God is with us EVERY day of our lives. He never stops taking care of His children. When we become weary of doing what is good, He reminds us who’s in charge of ALL things. He knows the source of our weakness and understands the heart of wonder. He teaches to be patient and allows us to recognize how it feels to WAIT.
Often, we plan our own agendas and become frustrated when things don’t
go as planned. We forget to wait on the Lord and seek His presence of
peace. We worry about what will happen next and forget to ask for
direction. We neglect to open our hearts and receive.
God wants to strengthen us. As we grow in the gifts of His greatness, Christ shows how to be patient. Patience is a trait of love and a fruit of the Holy Spirit. God wants us to be patient with Him and with one another. The Bible says, “But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience” Romans 8: 25
Life will frustrate and confuse, if we forget to surrender our doubt. But, God will find the way to remind us where to find His strength. He will hear our prayers and arm us with everything we need to accomplish what needs to be done. He will show us what to do and give us the ability to do ALL things.
God has a plan for the future. We must believe we will be guided by Him. He will prepare us for what’s to come, when we find peace in the calm of His presence. He is worthy of love! He will cradle us in care and guide us by His greatness. He will ready us for what will happen next and arm us with everything we need to learn how it feels to TRUST. ..
Dear God, Thank you for Your faithfulness. Open our hearts to feel the strength of Your everlasting love, so we will learn to WAIT in the timing of Your will. Strengthen us to do what needs to be done and give us energy to complete the tasks before us. You are mighty, holy and worthy of our praise. We will trust You all the days of our lives, as we learn to be patient in the timing of Your will. Amen
