Mothers help us grow and learn about the world. They teach us valuable lessons and guide us with their love. They hold our hands when we’re little and help us find courage when it’s time to move along... 

Mothers are the coaches of our will to succeed. They support our goals and nurture the heart of our dreams. They teach us to walk on our own. And when we stumble and fall, they remind us to keep on going. They lift us with their strength and show us why we are loved. 

God knows the heart of those who share the love of Jesus. He allows faith to grow in the timing of our lives. Mothers show amazing grace as they share the gift of His greatness. They teach us how to love Him even more…

Love bears all things. In the timing of His will, God responds to the love of our faithfulness and reminds us to treasure those we love. He helps us store our memories and He shows us where to find them.

A mother’s love continues even when we cannot hear her voice or share a special day. God cradles mothers in His care. He allows us to feel the depth of her love every day of our lives. He leads us by the power of His presence and helps us recognize we are blessed. He helps us find joy in the gladness of a grateful heart. 

Dear God, Thank you for this day to honor our mothers and remember the impact they have had in our lives. We love them with all of our hearts and gratefully thank you for the time we have treasured. Help us love Your children with the love of Jesus, so they will know the strength of Your amazing grace and never forget how it feels to be nurtured by the power of Your amazing love. Amen
