God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1

Sometimes, the sea of life carries us in waves of worry and leads us far away from the safety of solid ground. We face unfamiliar waters of uncertainty and try our best to simply hold on. 

It’s easy to lose sight of where we’re going when we can't see what’s ahead. Life becomes difficult when we have to work hard to stay afloat. But God lovingly reminds us He is the One who carries us through tides and tribulations in our lives.

When strong waves lead us far away from familiar shores of calm, God lovingly lifts us to His mighty arms of HOPE. He carefully pulls us to the safety of His love. He whispers, “I am here”, and reminds us we are held by mercy and grace.

God has the power to carry us! He uses circumstances in our lives to strengthen faith and remind us who’s in charge of every single thing. He recognizes the heart of those who long to be rescued. He shows how to find PEACE in His presence and learn how to totally TRUST.

The sea of life will carry us in waves of worry, but God will lead us to the safety of the shore. He will hold us in arms of strength and gently remind us why we must always, ALWAYS hold on.

Dear God, thank you for the power of love and strength which comes from Your holiness. Lift us to the shelter of Your love and give us courage to bravely hold on. We will love You all of our days and feel peace in Your presence, even in the eye of the storms. Thank you for helping us remember we are held by You. You handle the worry of our wonder. YOU are with us! Thank you, Lord. Thank you! Amen
