But I am trusting you, O Lord. I said, “You alone are my God; my times are in your hands.” Psalm 31: 14 TLB

God opens our hearts to welcome the blessing of each new day. Sometimes we wake in strength, ready to welcome ALL He provides; eager to praise the love of His faithfulness and prepared to welcome the love of His presence. But sometimes we wake in fear; fragile when sadness opens our eyes.

There’s a reason God wants us to call on Him before we choose to rise. He helps us remember WHY we need the help of His holiness. He arms us with opportunities to witness the power of His STRENGTH. He prepares us for what needs to be done and squelch thoughts of dreaded doubt.

The Bible says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” Proverbs 3: 5. We don’t have to figure out everything on our own or worry about what’s to come. God is with us! He will show us how to handle this day and every day to come. He will help us battle the worry of wonder and show us how to TRUST.

God will fill us full of everything we need. When we feel fragile, He will cradle us in care and hold us together. He will remind us where HOPE comes from. He will help us welcome peace! He is God! He will show us amazing things, if we remain faithful and begin each day with the prayers of our praise!

Even in the most difficult situations, we must remember we're not alone. God will see us through and we will recognize His guiding. He will comfort us with the depth of His love and we will understand why we're blessed.

Dear God, Thank you for the power of Your love. Thank you for strengthening us when we feel fragile. This is the day YOU have made! We will rejoice and be glad! Give us strength and love us through our frailties and help us learn to totally TRUST. “Nothing will happen today that together we cannot handle.” You are working for the good through sorrow, grief, sadness, pain, illness, fear and worry. Thank you for joy that comes from our grateful hearts and for hearing the prayers of our broken hallelujah’s. Thank you for knowing our hearts. Amen

~ Please join me in prayer for a dear friend, Cindy who is saying goodbye to her father today. May God hold her close and provide peace from the compassion of His love. God bless each and every one who is dealing with loss, grief and/or feelings of frailty. He knows our hearts. We must TRUST in the power of His holiness and BELIEVE He will give us STRENGTH. God bless you, family and friends. You are not alone.
