You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! Isaiah 26:3 NLT
Sometimes, challenges rob our faith. They lead us far away from finding calm. But God goes before us. He lays a path to follow and longs for us to TRUST He will guide and provide. He helps us find PEACE in His presence, and lovingly opens our eyes.
His mercies are new each and every morning. He never stops working for the good. He wakes us with purpose and readies us to rise. He knows our thoughts and sets the stage for what’s to come. He reminds us who IS handling our lives.
His timing is perfect. We may never know why things happen, but we can count on the love of His faithfulness EVERY DAY. He is our constant source of STRENGTH; the One who knows what we need to be led to a place of fullness. He goes before us and guards our steps.
If we simply say, “Thank you, Lord” for another day, He will reward the love of our faithfulness. He will lift us with arms of strength and set our feet on solid ground. He will help us walk without fear and love us through our frailties.
This is the day the Lord has made! We must not waste time worrying! Let’s seek His presence with a grateful heart, find PEACE for our souls and see what happens when we embrace the love of a grateful heart. If we take time to focus on reasons to be thankful, it will be easy to step in faith. God WILL handle our days! Don’t let your heart be troubled! He is HERE and HE LOVES US.
Dear God, thank you for waking us in Your presence. Forgive us when we take for granted the days of our lives. Help us TRUST in Your ability to provide STRENGTH from Your holiness. We’re so thankful we don’t have to figure out everything on our own. We will TRUST in You and find PEACE in the prayers of our praise. Thank you for helping us see what happens when we welcome the love of a grateful heart. We will surrender fear and walk on Your path of wholeness. Open our eyes for Your greatness. Give us HOPE for today and tomorrow. You are worthy of our faithfulness EVERY moment of our lives. Thank you, Father! We are humbled by Your mighty love. Amen
