I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful. I know that full well. Psalm 139:14

Aging allows us to witness the natural progression of our lives. We see the effects of physical change and admit it’s hard to notice. But God wants us to remember what's created on the inside is most valuable to Him. He longs for us to see ourselves as He sees us; valued and ready to shine!  

There’s no doubt time will change us. Our physical appearance will not stay the same. But God will help us remember we have been sewn by the beauty of His love. He will help us recognize our worth and allow us to see what He sees in us. He will nurture an attitude of gratitude and help us remember we are treasured and loved. 

God will help us see what needs to happen so we will glow in His greatness. We must WELCOME the gift of time and never forget where beauty is found. God will help us embrace each and EVERY day, each and EVERY line of age and open our eyes to remember we have been wonderfully made! 

God, thank you for moments to see what You see in us. Help us find JOY in what You have created and planned for our days. We will love You with all of our hearts and trust in the timing of Your will. When our bodies have aged with aches and wrinkles cover our face, help us welcome the physical changes in our lives. We will embrace each and every day and never forget how lucky we are to be loved by You. Thank you, Lord! Amen
