It’s time for school! I’m praying for the many students who are returning to the classroom and for teachers who help them grow. I’m praying for parents who are experiencing new routines and asking God to bless them.
He sees the heart of our need and knows the worry of wonder. God holds us together with mercy and peace. He helps us find courage and comfort. He lifts us with His power of love and reminds us where to find STRENGTH.
In seasons of change, children NEED to see Christ through us. They NEED to see how WE welcome the newness of change and embrace a spirit of calm. As they follow our lead, they WILL BELIEVE GOOD WILL COME if we remind them they can do great things.
God, thank you for Your children. Please keep them safe; without harm. Show them the value of learning, even when it’s hard. Bless them with friends who will bring joy to their hearts and remind them learning is fun. Help them grow as You guide and provide. Thank you for taking care of the students, teachers and those they love. Thank you for taking care of us. Bless the school year ahead. Thank you for the power of Your love. Amen
