God opens our hearts to welcome the blessing of each new day. Sometimes we wake in strength, ready to welcome ALL He provides; eager to praise the love of His faithfulness. But sometimes we wake in the worry of wonder and need to find comfort and calm.
There’s a reason God wants us to call on Him before we choose to rise. He longs for us to welcome His presence and remember we NEED HIM. He holds us together by the power of His love and reminds us to hold on tight.
God gives us STRENGTH when challenges come. He knows how to squelch thoughts of doubt. He arms us with everything we need, helps us welcome PEACE and readies us for what’s to come.
The Bible says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” Proverbs 3: 5. We don’t have to figure out everything on our own or hold on to the worry of wonder. God is with us! He will help us remember who's in charge of our days.
When we feel weary, God WILL hold us together! He WILL help us remember where to find HOPE. He WILL remind us why we are NOT alone. God WILL love us through EVERY moment as we humble our hearts for Him. He is a good, good Father.
Seeking Him when we wake will welcome reward. God knows the heart of His children. He will ALWAYS take care of us and those we love. He will nurture our faithfulness and help us discover life is so much easier when we learn to gratefully TRUST.
Dear God, Thank you for the power of Your love. Thank you for strengthening us when we feel fragile. This is the day YOU have made! We will seek You before we rise and welcome the beauty of EACH new day. Open our eyes for ALL You provide, so we will see the beauty of being grateful. Thank you for taking care of each one of us. We will TRUST You ALL of our days. Thank you, Lord. Amen
