So, we have come to know and to believe the LOVE that God has for us. God is LOVE, and whoever abides in LOVE abides in God, and God abides in him. John 4:16 ESV

God created us to LOVE Him with EVERY part of our being. But sometimes we become selfish in what we choose to give. We miss precious opportunities to see what happens when we LOVE HIM FULLY and allow Him to fill the empty spaces of our souls.   

We will never completely welcome what God provides, if our hearts are not humbled for His. We have the ability to welcome JOY and share it with those we love. If we put God first in our lives, LOVE Him with ALL of our hearts and desire His mercy and grace, He will help us see how it feels to be treasured in the fullness of His love.  

God IS deserving of everything we give. He will nurture our faith and honor the prayers of our praise. "He doesn’t just love us. God IS LOVE!” The Bible says, “We love because He first loved us.” 1 John 4:19. 

God will pour His LOVE on us and be faithful forever. He WILL help us experience how He cares for us. God will fill the holes in our hearts and help us recognize how it feels to be grounded by GOOD. Surely, we will want to love MORE when we welcome gratitude. 

Dear God, we can never thank You enough for loving us. Forgive us when we offer only morsels of what You deserve. Thank for ALL You provide. Help us surrender the selfish side of want so we will make room to RECEIVE the gifts of Your greatness and learn to LOVE YOU MORE...Thank you for what has already been done for each one of us. Open our eyes to witness Your faithfulness. You bless us in every season of our lives and we are grateful. Amen
