These trials are only to test your faith, to show that it is strong and pure. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold. And, your faith is far more precious to God than mere gold. So if your faith remains strong after being tried by fiery trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor, on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world. 1 Peter 1:7

God notices how we handle the happenings of our days. He longs for us to cope with HOPE when pressure builds and we need to be held by His love. But, sometimes we choose to deal with difficulties on our own and forget how it feels to TRUST. 

The Bible says, “Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.” James 1:2-4

God nurtures faithfulness. He uses moments of surrender to fill us with the presence of PEACE. In troubled times of need, He reminds us who's in charge of our days. God provides STRENGTH and lifts us over obstacles. He carries us over mountains and prepares us to discover the other side of doubt.  

We must humble our hearts and allow ourselves to be lifted by His greatness! And we must never forget why God will be honored if we use our situations to glorify Him and be a witness to the power of His LOVE. 

As we remain steadfast, God will guide us toward better days to come. He will help us as we follow Jesus and faithfully learn how to follow. The JOY of the Lord is our strength. We must believe it and walk with TRUST. 

Dear God, Thank you for the presence of Your love. Forgive us when we allow trials in our lives to rob us from welcoming Your strength. We will trust in You and patiently wait to be led by Your greatness and we will cope with the HOPE of knowing, there will never be a day without the power of Your never-ending love. Thank you for taking care of us and those we love.  Amen
