Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. Psalm 27:14 NIV

March is here! We’ve waited patiently to welcome this day. Thank you, Lord! Soon, we’ll be nourished by the warmth of the sun and welcome the season we’ve been missing. We’ll witness reward for the wait of winter and recognize what makes us stronger than before.

God grows us by His greatness while we wait for what’s to come.  He readies us for His will. In weakness He reminds us to be patient and learn HOW to TRUST. He opens the eyes of our hearts to witness the beauty of His creation and welcome timely rewards.

We NEED to be reminded God has plans for our days. He never stops working to guide and provide. He helps us remember we are blessed and find HOPE in His promises. The Maker of EVERY living thing demonstrates His LOVE for us as we witness HOW He orchestrates our lives and grows us in the timing of His will.

As we draw closer to Christ in this beautiful season, may we welcome spring and the JOY that it brings to reflect on what Jesus has done for us. May we find PEACE in His presence and be warmed by more than what the sun provides as we open our eyes and focus with the humility of a grateful heart.

Spring will allow us to witness the newness of life and give God the praise He deserves. We have been faithful through days of gray and cradled in care by the Son. God holds us together in all kinds of weather. He WILL do what we cannot and give us STRENGTH to remember the best is yet to come.

There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: Ecclesiastes 3:1

Dear God, thank you for moments to remember we are being grown by You. Thank you for the beauty of every living thing. Thank you for spring and sweet opportunities to reflect on the LOVE of Christ. Grow our faith and prepare us to witness the power of Your strength. In this season of opportunity to consider what Jesus has done, help us embrace the gratitude of a humbled heart and welcome JOY as we journey together. Let the prayers of our praise nurture hopefulness as we trust in YOU and allow ourselves to be renewed with thankfulness. Amen
