Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. Ephesians 4: 23 NLT

When the weight of the world rests on our shoulders and worry creates anxious thoughts, God helps us find calm when we PRAY and TRUST in His power to save.

It’s hard to live with anxiety and admit when we’re not feeling strong. But Jesus says, “Come to me all who are weary and I will give you rest.” He knows the pain of struggling and reminds us those living in fear are not alone.

There will be days when doubt will try to rob our calm. But God will guide us back where we belong. He will help us faithfully endure and cover us with mercy and grace. Praying to be lifted will help us welcome praise when we choose to occupy hopefulness.

The Bible says, "Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4: 7 NLT These are comforting words to BELIEVE.

We were not created to handle life on our own or buckle under the weight of what carry. God will restore us as we pray with a willing submission to release worries and embrace His power to save.

“Jesus already carried this yoke on his own up a hill called Calvary.” We don’t have to carry burdens alone. “Jesus already did that for us." He wants us to walk with HIM and recognize what needs to be done to welcome calm.

The Bible says, “God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:17. Isn’t it time to turn our eyes on the One who helps us focus on what is good? God has a plan for the future. Praying for STRENGTH will bring relief when we ask for help and faithfully persevere.

While we are cradled in care, we will develop a better understanding of what it means to be lifted. God will show us amazing things as we BELIEVE in His promises, follow Jesus and draw closer to Him.  He will arm us with everything we need to hold HOPE.

Nothing will lift us higher than the love of Christ as we discover who holds us together and journey toward wholeness. The JOY of the Lord is our strength! We mustn’t be ashamed to admit we are weak and remember God WILL take care of us and those we love.

Humbling our hearts will honor God as we release tears that have been held far too long. God knows the most vulnerable places of our souls. We don't have to pretend with Him. We can come as we are to be rescued.

God will fix what is broken as we breathe in the blessing of now and find relief to be reminded we are valued and loved. He will help us find STRENGTH as we TRUST in Him. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” Psalm 147:3

Jesus will fill us with PEACE and help us receive what we need while we're cradled in care. He will help us remain tethered to His love so we will not forget how it feels to be carried without the weight of the world.

Dear God, thank you for opening our eyes to another day of living. Forgive us when we forget to focus on You. Please take the worry we humbly surrender and help us hold gratitude. Thank you for peace that flows in our hearts when we bravely let go of doubt and breathe in the fullness of Christ. Thank you for what happens when we make the decision to TRUST. You help us find beauty from surrender and make room to welcome the LOVE of a grateful heart. Thank you, for knowing what we need to remain faithful and draw closer to You. Amen
