Seek the LORD and his strength; seek his presence continually! 1 Chronicles 16: 11

God gives STRENGTH to His people and prepares us to seek Him with all of our hearts. He longs for us to desire His presence of peace. He humbles us in truth and readies us to receive Him. In the timing of His will, He reminds us it’s okay to admit when we’re not feeling strong.

Sometimes, fear stands in the way of understanding the need for mercy and grace. We forget who plans every moment of our days and need to be reminded HOW to welcome the glimpses of good which remind us God is HERE, never far away from knowing what we need to welcome calm.

God hears the rumbling of our hearts to be drawn closer to Him. He hears us when we pray for PEACE to come. He knows what we NEED to find fulfillment and readies our hearts to be held by the Savior’s LOVE.

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 NLT

We will find peace as we welcome STRENGTH and discover God’s blessings. We NEED to be cradled in care and lifted where we see glimpses of good as we open our eyes and believe in the beauty of what we have been shown.

Isaiah 40: 31 says, “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar like wings of eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not be faint.” Oh, how we need to be reminded to put our HOPE in God. He will arm us with everything we need to be renewed. He will provide STRENGTH to not feel weary.

God is great! He is mighty, awesome and good. Are you in need of strength? Pray and ask Him to help. Surrender doubt to the One who will gladly take it as we follow Jesus, experience the goodness of His love and walk in knowing we are valued and loved.

Trust in God’s promise to take care of us and those we love.

He is love (see 1 John 4:7). “The mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting” Psalm 103:17

Dear God, when we’re weak, remind us STRENGTH comes from You. Forgive us when we try to handle life on our own and forget there is healing by Your greatness. Help us remain faithful and totally trust in You. We will love You with all of our hearts and patiently wait in the timing of Your will. Thank you, Lord. We will feel stronger when we welcome the presence of Your love and remember You are with us every moment of our lives. Thank you for knowing our hearts.  Amen
